Development of 211 New Homes in Fife

We're pleased to announce that the proposal for the development of 211 homes in Kinglassie, Fife, as part of a wider development program by Quale Homes Limited has been granted planning consent. ‍ The allocated site located at the eastern approach to the village will see the development of 211 new homes, including 45 affordable homes for Kingdom Housing Association.

Mourn House - Planning Submission

DBP have submitted a planning application to bring the land surrounding this derelict former home on the outskirts of Kirkcaldy back into use. The proposal to restore the site to its former use as habitation, architecturally seeks to mimic the footprint composition of the former Mourn House. The design led approach has driven a place sensitive, rural aesthetic for the development. Building frontages to the north emulate the farm steading typology providing a creative, sympathetic re-interpretation of the sites history for future generations to enjoy.

DBP have submitted the full planning application for a new health and well being complex at the Dean Park Hotel in Kirkcaldy, including spa, swimming pool, sauna, massage, therapy and lounge areas, the project also features a large activity terrace. A first for Fife, this transformative development will level up the health and well being offering for the region.
