The steading development located in the Highland Region of Scotland within Cairngorm National Park. The design involved the conversion and renovation of the existing stone-built steading structures with limited new build enabling development. Creating generous family properties within a secure grouping which contain open spaces for modern living. The design solution compliments the setting and the rural landscape. Materials and design iterations were carefully considered along with material palette selections, to create this unique countryside development. The project was awarded commendation in the Cairngorm National Park Design Awards 2016.
